The Nottingham Group Announces the Relocation of its Headquarters

July 2023 – The Nottingham Group LP is excited to announce that we will be relocating our main office to the Southpointe Business Complex, south of Pittsburgh PA. After 19 years with a full-time presence in downtown Pittsburgh, changing business schedules and cost structures have enabled us to better serve our clients from this location. While The Nottingham Group will still have a presence
in downtown Pittsburgh, the core of its business will be conducted from its new headquarters in Southpointe Business Complex. The Nottingham Group will be joining businesses including EQT Energy, Crown Castle International, Ansys Inc., Baker Hughes Inc., Bowles Rice, CFS Bank, Centimark, Consol Energy, Halliburton, Janney Montgomery & Scott, Range Resources and Steptoe and
Johnson, just to name a few.

James S. Fellin CPA CFE is Elected President Emeritus by the Pgh Chapter of the ACFE

May 2020 – James S. Fellin named President Emeritus by the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. After many years of serving as the chpater’s president, the board voting Mr. Fellin this honorary permanent advisory position to advise the chapter on matters moving forward.

James S. Fellin Appointed to Serve as a Bankruptcy Trustee by Office of the United States Trustee

December 2019 – James S. Fellin CPA CFE was one of four persons selected out of a large pool to serve as a Subchapte V Trustee in bankruptcy mattes in the Western District of Pennsylvania. In this role, mr. Fellin will assist the bankruptcy court in ensuring the integrity of the bankruptcy system and its participants. Once he passes the rigorous background investigation which is required of all trustees, it is anticipated that that Mr. Fellin will begin serving in this role in early 2020.

The Nottingham Group Awarded Contract to Provide Forensic Accounting Services to a Local County’s Agency on Aging

March 2014

The Nottingham Group was awarded a contract with a local county government to provide forensic accounting and fraud investigation
services to its Agency for the Aging. The Nottingham Group will provide fraud investigation and analytical services to the agency
in their investigation of financial crimes against the elderly.

James Fellin is Reappointed by Carlow University to Teach a Course at Carlow University

January 2014

James Fellin returned to Carlow University as an adjunct professor, teaching the class “Fraud Investigation Techniques.”  The class is part of the forensic accounting major offered by the university.
